CUE is valued at about $40m by the market and could probably be taken over for $50 - $60. That would buy a solid income stream from NZ wells plus Carnarvon Basin tenements and the “Ironbark” prospect, a Mungaroo Formation prospect with multiple objectives, has been identified as the primary candidate for drilling and Cue estimates that it holds a success case estimate of 15 trillion cubic feet (TcF) of gas reserves.
