CUE the next CVN, page-16

Other petroleum stocks making a loss are valued around 200mill MC. I just don't get how this is being valued.
I like the criticisms offered previously on this board, the revolving door of directors, NZO owning half and spruiking CUE as their own company.
But looking at the last quarterly i see that staff costs are down to 25% of what it was previously. NZO has a mutual interest to increase the value of CUE. EBITDA is up and now profitable.
What am I missing? Help me out because I'm not seeing it. How is this company with now ~20 mill in the bank valued at a MC of 44M?
Any criticism of the company appreciated.
