"raising capital isnot a problem..."
In this market, raising capital is a problem. And every time Cue has a raising, it is always virtually ignored by sh'ers and Todd increase their sh'ing softly by underwriting the issue.
Yes they do have more projects in the tank than PPP, but the price will not rise until the threat of a capital raising is removed.
