A dividend would make sense, so that is why they probably wont do it...i think NZO like CUE trading here, its a cheap option for them . Also, NZO are flush with cash they are to unable to spend so CUE giving them more cash probably doesn't make sense.
The cost out program is starting to add real value, we've only just started to see the benefits. Now its a function of focusing on some growth, then they might get the markets attention.
