There are only 3 shareholders with the numbers to be able to sell a parcel of this size and as far as I am aware directors are buying rather than selling.
I'll guess that it is one of the top shareholders transferring shares into a structure more suitable for tax purposes in anticipation of some very good results to come shortly.
