No CR past year or so, they have been running company from the sales of iron ORE from JWD. Have 100% offtake with Glencore for JWD Project. Iron Ore Price now above 120 we should be ok for next few months if management decide to hedge for the future sales. So may be no dilution as long as JWD sales is there.
