Most deals are done for shares -cash doesn't come into the equation. CUF could be transformed -don't listen to people who have no idea what they are talking about. RIO and Winning aren't spending $40 billion for the good of their health. Guinea will be transformational for any company with the gonats to get set now before West Africa wipes out half our iron ore industry -the same as has happened to nickel with Indonesia. Those who think otherwise are like kangas in the headlights.
