Information has gone out to Sophisticated Investors and larger shareholders. I won’t say much except to say that it’s quite a limited Cap raise (I’m not affiliated with Cufe in any way, other being a shareholder).
A follow-up announcement should follow soon.
For those who are worried about short term SP fluctuations, i’d expect it to remain in the range that we have seen it move over the past month.
Separate from today’s announcement, Cufe is currently expanding and striking while the iron is hot (both geographically and within the sector). There are costs associated with growth.
