i feel whatever is going on is orchestrated by few groups to get most of placement holders to sell. placement holders are normally impatient and sell for quick 5 to 10%.
once they feel bulk of 187M new shares who had to sell are out then they remove their sell walls
look at RCR placement at 3.3c bulk of CPS holders sold under 3.3c all way down to 2.3c and look at it now hit 16c high
