I think all we know is that they said "The programme will consist of 2 to 4 holes to be drilled in the December Quarter", and that the drilling was to start 2/12/03.
I suppose that implies they would have intended doing the drilling before the end of December, subject to any unforseen circumstances. From there, I guess publication of the results is subject to analysis of the results, assays and the silly season. Hopefully that means any day now.
