They are committing $20M to finish off DFS which they already have spent $50M.

RIO are almost self funding potentially if they need to.

Believe what you will but RIO will potentially be a lot quicker than most hopefuls and just behind PLS or AJM depending they they go with funding the capital investment for production.

Also remember therr are other companies around the world in similar production timeframes as PLS and AJM.

But if you want to believe in the other hopefuls good luck.
