Love to know what the criteria is behind the issuance of "performance rights" for both BOD's and management staff. I wonder if this is based on locating and signing supply contracts with companies with dubious trade and credit ratings with little trading experience who can spin a good story about how much revenue they can make for MGC and thus the board and management? Performance is obviously based on promises as far as I can see.
