I have don't doubt the MGC derma product line will be officially launch on the Cult Beauty ecommerce website.

Here is an article, The 2018 Beauty Forecast,  in the UK Times stating that Cult Beauty will be listing MGC's CBD Active Firming Anti-Ageing Mask but states this will be available from April. This is the mask not their cosmetic range which is what we are expecting to be launched at the start of Feb.

Applied topically, the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD is said to smooth skin and improve anything from irritation to eczema. Alexia Inge, co-founder of Cult Beauty, says: “We’ve been waiting excitedly for the first wave of cannabis-based skinnovation to make it through the EU regulators.” Look out for MGC Derma with its CBD Active Firming Anti-Ageing Mask (at Cult Beauty from April 18)

However these delays should definitely be relayed back to shareholders via an announcement explaining the reasons to why it hasn't been launched yet.
