IDX historically has management clashes with doctors as managers try and lead ahead of doctors and hence butt heads frequently. The top down micromanaged approach.
capital has taken opposite approach last few years - of doctors allowed to lead with little to no management interference in day to day matters.
capital has stronger doctor engagement than IDX as a result.
that is a fairly major difference.
