There is a fine line between protecting your Culture and Xenophobia. While the German people who have been super tolerant and racially receptive in recent history; due to obvious historical reasons, they are getting scared about the Islamization of their Country. I believe that there are many other people; Australia included are fearing this threat. While Immigration is essential and many countries would regress without Immigration, it is a fact that these people do not assimilate and will not.
Either we accept the fact we and other so called tolerant Countries will eventually become Islamic states or we insist our leaders do something about this. Somehow I think the former will be the case.
I wonder what our Diggers would think of this: oh well such is life.
