    There is still a distinct prospect that the Macquarie Group may buy out this fund completely.Refer to previous comments re-Australian Financial Review article under Street Talk Column.

    If you buy now and hold you get a big 10 cent dividend to be paid soon.

    The shares go ex-dividend next Wednesday 24 June 2009.
