Cumminscorp is vacating it's Gavan premises and re-locating main office closer to Brisbane. The water remediation and fish breeding will go there too.
The water tank business is positive and is moving to Adelaide where the company has long term supply agreements. Costs of manufacture and supply will be reduced.
Aquaculture and water remediation business has a strong presence in Asia and the Middle East and pushing ahead. The company is trialling it's water technology on a heavily polluted lake in China. A number of trials is also proceeding in different species of fish. The company is in a confidential agreement and currently can't say what they are.
The idea is to commercialise the fish and not just grow them.
The cpmpany's drinking water and aquaculture trials were well advanced.
Plans for a $2.5m raising are under way.
