Disclaimers or not, I seriously believe there is a strong case for class action.
I wish I'd kept a diary of all the times that Commsec has failed me, and all their pathetic responses to email complaints.
Commsec is a farce of the biggest proportions.
I'd love to see this overwieght, bloated organisation taken to the cleaners.
