I'm sorry I don't want to sound like all I do is bag stock, but cuo is one dog i would stay away from. I don't hold now but I didn't even bank the cheque they sent me when they bought my stock ($10.75), I keep it to remind me that there are plenty of companies that will happily take your money spend it and give nothing back.
Check out how many times they've changed their name and what their sp was a few years ago. maybe I just have sour grapes but imho think twice before involving yourself with this one.
