    @discerningstarter - I am with you on the realities of life in that the company will need cash to operate (and preferably not through capital raisings). However, the grab back is not all that easy. GP's and pharmacies have software and programs they use and the MDR products effectively become embedded in the back offices - switching is not quite as easy as simply filling up your car at a different petrol station. There are hurdles to switching and as long as MDR delivers a good quality product, it will be hard for third parties to do a "land grab" back as there has to be a compelling value proposition in order to do so. ... Anyway, just my musings...
