    Looks to me like a classic bullish cup and handle formation almost complete. Left cup rim @ 42c on 28/7, right cup rim @ 41.5c on 7/9, then the handle formation with an exact 50% retracement into the depth of the cup to 37c, low was 32c, now completing the right hand side of the handle. Should see 42c shortly, then hopefully a break out from there.
