    From the last Form 604, it seems like FIL is only doing buying, no selling. So i'm not quite sure how you think they are stopping the SP from breaking out. FIL seem to be an example of a big institution who aren't bothering to play sneaky games because they know what they want, they know its going to be worth bags from here, so its worth paying the price.
