I admire you enthusiasm, but I have several problems with your analysis.

A cup and handle pattern are not generally looked at in such a long time frame. Generally they should be looked at in a 4-12 month time frame, not multi year. Cup and handle is an indicator more for sentiment than anything else. Sentiment in MSB is driven by announcements.

You are looking at a 10 year chart massively condensed in the X axis on your mobile phone which is making you see a cup and handle pattern that is not there. See the same 10 year chart in a more realistic scale:



MSB is a speculative stock and its movement is based largely on announcements. You should produce your chart and overlay at each point when a market sensitive announcement was made, with both positive and negative news. You will find that which each positive announcement it generally goes up, and with each negative announcement it goes down. In October - December of 2020 a genuine cup and handle pattern formed, and as soon as the (negative) announcement was made the price dropped (excuse my terrible drawing):



What I am saying, is that I admire your enthusiasm, but normal technical analysis doesn't really apply to MSB because of the ability of one announcement to make the share price rocket or dive - often to the extreme. Technical analysis would likely apply to day trading MSB, but not much beyond that.

Be careful, and base your share investment off due diligence, researching the company, its products, its market and its management, rather than a quick glance at a chart on your phone.
