    The arbitrage I see is short the heads at 12.5, immediately buy the oppies at 3.5. You have locked in 1c profit no risk.  Exercise the oppies whenever to cover your shorts.

    This is not noticed yet by the traders but it will be soon and will bring the oppies into line.

    Oppies should be around 4.8 with current volatility. IMO but ask an expert.
