Now as well as taking the 'free' value in the arbitrage (actually it is not an arbitrage, that needs both sides of the transaction conducted instantaneously so there in NO Risk, Capt.) he also finds that when the heads go up 10% his oppies go up 20% - more or less.
Options give leverage. You can lose faster too, and they also die.
