Regarding downwards trending SP, it is hard to grow a business (and hence share price) when the business has a dividend payout ratio of 80 - 120%. Retained earnings is a companies growth engine. Most growth stocks have a dividend policy of 50% or less of earnings. There was also the TFS rogue trader that has instilled a negative sentiment in the market for CUP shares. The dividend policy has been revamped and the TFS scandal is now being handled in full by the insurance company, and we are assured by management that the rogue trader was a once off. So, the way I see it is that the downwards SP will be a thing of the past once the remediation plan is nearing completion. I look forward to further good news next month with the release of CUPs interim report. The SP will follow accordingly.

But if the SP drops before then, I will snap up a few more =)
