pjsimon I think its very interesting to have two majors on the register in a small cap company worth 15 million fully diluted. As I said earlier today both majors must see value in the company. RIO elected to take a share holding rather than enforce the "A$1/tonne of the mineable resources stated in a Bankable Feasibility Study payable upon a Decision to Mine" as defined in the BFS in 2008.

This shows to me that RIO believed it to be more beneficial to take a holding in the company. By doing this it then opened the door for Teck Cominco to jump onboard and lock down 70% interest in the project. This is certainly something they wouldnt have expected.
