In bed now and just realised I have no pillow between my knees
my knees were touching and it felt so weird

I have been using a pillow between my knees for about 2 years

i really can't believe this miracle that has happened in the past week

is it the joint formula,the comfrey cream or what I think .... the Voltaren tablets....which I havent had for 2 days now

anyway f××king great are my knees....hope it lasts
