We have explored all -ve scenarios and there is a 1% chance that CP deal is legit and DML mgmt was not competent enough to convince GL......and so the VA route. If DML's demise was their agenda then I don't see why they should be talking CP deal and then VA, and subject themselves through additional 'scrutiny' where there is every chance of them being found in the wrong?
