A bidding war is on the cards here. There has been a lot of rumored interest from other parties. The current situation could put it back on the cards for a multitude of potential investors. Don't limit yourself to thinking CC or CP, the DML management have not been sitting on their laurels waiting for the axe to fall but obviously chasing other possibilities post and pre the CC exclusion period so I would imagine there being more than these two possibilities. Time will tell.
