    DML traded above $1 for a very long time...

    The irony in all this is that management could have completed an equity raising by let's say issuing 150 million shares at $1 each "to pay down debt"

    We wouldn't be in this situation if that occurred...

    Yes we would have been diluted but is take that if we cleared the debt..

    Ahhhhhhh. Hindsight .....
