There is no money in the companies kitty to pay anything out should a class action be initiated and succeed.
The only course of action would be for people who bought after feb 10 to prove that the directors did not meet asx guidelines and call a trading halt as the market was NOT fully informed.
If that is the case then there would be a small payout from the directors insurance company... The funders of the class action (IMF or S&G etc) will then take about 30% of the settlement amount which won't leave the hundreds of shareholders much at all.
