If DML is so promising then why have they all walked? Can't blame market manipulation or what people say on HC. It should have been very simple for them to prove to an investor their case.

I ask was the board too busy looking for the 'perfect deal' all this time that they missed plenty of 'good enough' ones?

Ultimately it was DML that did this to themselves. As far as Cupric, you can't expect sharks not to feed when they smell blood.
