Cupric vs CP Due dilligence, page-97

Why would either CC or CP offer something for shareholders? DML is in VA now so the priority is to pay down the debts. My guess is that whatever arrangement they come up with will involve a capital raising that will massively dilute us. Issue a few billion shares at 1c each to raise enough to pay some debts (CC) and then maybe that will get DML back, but who will put more money into this? As shareholders, I'm not expecting anything back.
