The VA attempt may be to bring a 3rd party in to provide unbiased and fair assessment of the situation. If there was any merit in CP deal it should come out now and VA are in a strong position to understand GLs view point on the CP deal. If it is known that they are screwing with the company to ensure that Cupric can get it for cheap.....again VA can stop that from happening. So DML thought do or die, can't do any more in the current political climate.
Again, if there was merit in CP deal, GL would be fools to say no....in a hope that Cupric can get it for a cheaper price which isn't going to help them...and plain stupidity.
Yes lot of us are scratching our heads.......!!!!
