i don't know, if it was already discussed, but one possibility to strengthen the pockets is EWC.
IMO it's only a question of project progress and time, till they'll officially react.
Currently the option to invest in PEL 96 is "being determined".
Let's wait and see, but they are an additional strong partner in this "play". (even for t/o)
What are your thoughts about this?
