Eco owns 75% of Qbi. So you own your % of the total 75% Eco owns of Qbi. Say you own 10% of Eco, that means you own 10% of the 75% share in Qbi. Say Qbi has 1mil shares on issue, Eco owns 750k of that, of which you own 10%, which is 75k. Eco has enough cash at hand for their immediate future. Originally they were going to take a cut of the qbi sale to fund eco before paying a dividend. They've done a cap raise so no longer require that. Hope thats clear?
