so just a guess here with the human trials:
each dose injected into a patient will need to be monitored for 22 days before the next stage, and if no adverse reactions
the next injection will be double dose and monitored for 22 days and if no adverse reactions the next injection given at double dose till the predetermined dose level is reached ( 1 milligram per mil per 50% tumor volume...this is the dose reached on the vet scene ) or total tumor destruction occurs.
    assume patients.....
No. 1 receives 0.0078 of a milligram (monitor 22 days )...............this is a guess
no. 2 receives 0.01562 of a milligram (monitor 22 days total days now 44)
    no. 3 receives 0.03125 of a milligram ( 66 days )
    no. 4 receives 0.0625 of a milligram ( 88 days )
    no. 5 receives 0.125 of a milligram ( 110 days )
    no.6 receives 0.250 of a milligram ( 132 days )
    no. 7 receives 0.500 of a milligram and ( 154 days )
no. 8 receives full predetermined dose of 1 milligram per mil (176 days ) and we find total tumor destruction has occurred ( hopefully )
we then need to treat 12 patients with this dose and monitor for 22 days ( 198 days )
so best case scenario 200 days or 6-7 months and total of 20 patients
    cheers PC
