My understanding is Qbiotics was spun off from Ecobiotics so they could raise cash specifically for EBC-46 and not dilute it with Ecobiotics other activities. This is when I first invested at 30c. Ecobiotics retained more than 70% of Qbiotics shares and this is where the in specie distribution came from and ecobiotics now holds aroud 1/10th of that (I think).
Does anyone know the terms at which we are being merged?
