Calling it a scam based on start date of human trials is drawing a long bow!
How many biotechs out there you know of that have been dead on with predicting start dates with human trials? It's incredibly regulated and the hoops required to jump through are many!
There's been hold ups along the way which are addressed within company announcements and AGM's.
The CEO told me at one of these meetings that its crucial that all pre-trial data is absolutely perfect and bulletproof before commencing human trials. Rushing through this process has brought many companies and drugs undone in the past. I am comfortable knowing that they're being diligent.
