10 years of research at QUT? (as at 2010) + (another) 3 years to...

10 years of research at QUT? (as at 2010) + (another) 3 years to clinical trials where they raised coin and were promoting to do them in 2011.. now in 2014, they havent started. I'm skeptical, will trials ever begin?
