I've been aware of this class(?es) of drugs for a while and had considered investing in these companies but don't currently own stock in these US companies.

It has the potential of curing (clearing) the hepatitis C virus from chronic carriers in 90% of patients, I don't believe it's effective in other hepatitis and obviously would not be protective of HCC in other cirrhotic liver disease (namely NASH and alcoholic).

Thoughts from ppl that know more than I?
