I should have said 'uninfected with Covid19'' oldies - retirement home - aged care facility - anywhere where you have a cluster of vulnerable old people. Get them them out of there and somewhere safe. A cruise ship can be safe if all the right precautions are carried out - and the isolation from land will protect them from CV19 carriers.
These are the main contributors to the CV19 death rates - isolate them and don't shut down an entire state
