It means lyco wants a raise for the additional and yet necessary testwork, which is of course fair but the bulk of the funds will be used to further the Abub Dabbab project. Da!!!!
By the way Lyco updated their website last week: it's now managing gip's comprehensive lab and testplant work programme.
