I still for the life of me cannot comprehend how the management can provide a significant option fee without agreeing the exercise price of the option beforehand.
What if Palmer wants A$1billion?or 2$billion? SHN walks, Palmer says thank your mother for the rabbits and pockets the $1m!
And why is Palmer offering any deal in the first place? If his primary deal is so good, why introduce a minnow-why not jv with his Chinese mates? What does SHN bring to the table?
The only asset SHN has at the moment is some residual cash, a defunct nickel project, and substantial tax losses!
