The timing of these actions to impact maximum share price damage (temporary) is impecable.

Hopefully that is the motive - assuming my conspiracy theory has some validation.

As for the Slater and Gordon action -----
Has no merit.
Would be thoroughly torn to pieces.
Is unlikely to procede.

The threat will hang over Anvil for some time and eventually disappear.
Which would fit well with my conspiracy theory.
An element of my imagination?
