Well i have to say it does seem to happen with a remarkable degree of accuracy but i guess one could also go as far to suggest that the neglible size of the conversions in dollar terms meaning in all reasonable assumptions it was certainly not a conversion for financial benefit ie. $116 conversion before brokerage then send a signal to market from the inside prior to news releases is pretty shamefull act especially in the bio space & possible a leak in the boat somewhere, would be interesting to see where the conversions come from. Surely there wouldn't be someone that stupid though repeated conversion of stock leading to news is writing your name loud & clearly on the wall - i guess for that reason i'd say unlikely SURELY NOT THAT STUPID ? Stinks for the company if it is the case though.
