curious lack of equivocation in fairfax report

The lack of equivocation in todays reporting in the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age is notable.

Usually reporting of this kind contains phrases such as "sources say..." or " analysts predict... " or " it is believed that....".

None of that here today. They seem very sure of themselves. ( of course, it is caroline cumming ).

And this news is to be "formally reported", not today ( Wednesday ), nor tomorrow, but not until Friday.

If this unreported , and quite detailed, account is so well known to these lame-braned journalists yesterday, when did the real insiders find out about it ? And what happened to continuous disclosure ?
