Since I sent this letter to info @ aeris about three weeks back and have not received a response, I have concluded rightly or wrongly that they don't give a damn about shareholders.

Other investors on this thread and there aren't many, might have a different view.

I noticed on your web site that the latest announcement was 30 September 2010 is there is a good reason why you don't update this site?

There was a market update (announcement) on 20 December 2011 which commenced with this paragraph...

"As previously advised, Aeris Environmental Ltd (Aeris) is in detailed negotiations with a major international corporation with a view to
accelerating the roll out of its proprietary microbial control technologies. The Company is anticipating entering into a memorandum of
understanding or a commercial agreement Q1 2012."

Can you, as the first quarter 2012 has passed, update shareholders on the commercial agreement with the unnamed international
corporation?

It is one thing to allude to future prosperity, it is quite another to substantiate the predictions.

It would be appreciated if you would update your web site information and keep shareholders informed. After all it is shareholders who put
their money where you put your mouths.

PS seems stupid to hold when the company chooses to ignore emails. I hold a small batch of this stock and based on the future prospects as outlined in the Dec announcement believed that something might evolve. I might be a little too optimistic.
