curious share trading

Does anyone else find it curious that very small share trades, today several instances of a single share, are frequently bought at above-market prices? Especially, close to market close time.

There are official ASIC terms for what this reminds me of. Would love ASIC to look at the identity of the buyers.

As an accountant I'm naturally interested in this kind of detail and keep a close eye on it - especially as we are approaching 30 Sept and we all are looking with interest to see what price will lock in the market capitalisation for the sept qtr financial return.
